For each project, ACA assigns a dedicated workforce of vastly experienced teams, skilled in the industry often requiring the coordination and integration of a total development team of some hundreds of people, representing a powerful combination of experience, local knowledge, and expertise.

ACA has developed a core of 25 specialist Employees with numbers increasing up to 120 in periods of intensive fabrication and construction activities.

The Company is structured to use the Professional Skills of existing employees as well as those of a number of Key associates in the Industry and we maintain an extensive database of competent Construction employees of all categories to ensure experienced and trained personnel are placed on the construction sites.
